Making a Nuluv account is super simple. Just follow the following steps

  • Hover on the “Log In” button on the header bar, top right-hand corner of the page and click on “Register Account”.

  • Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Email Address and Password and click Submit.

You can even sign up using your Facebook or Google account.

To save your address in the Nuluv account, you need to login to your account. Once you are logged in, you can click on your name on the header bar, on the top right-hand corner of the page or click my “My Account” link in the footer section of the page. You will be directed to your account.

Click on manage addresses under account information. Enter your phone number and address and click save address. That’s it.

Now, you do not have to keep filling in your address details for future orders.

When signing in you can click on the 'Forgot Password' link next to register account. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'.

Visit the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

  • Pending: your order has been placed successfully (only for COD orders).

  • Processing: Your order is being processed by us and will be dispatched shortly.

  • Order Shipped: Your order has been dispatched by us and is with the courier company on its way to your address.

  • Order Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

  • Partially Shipped: Part(s) of your order have been dispatched; the next part(s) will be following shortly.

We try our best to keep all products in stock. As we import our products from the USA, delays due to regulatory compliances or high demand may exceed our supply. You can add notifications on out of stock products and once they are back in stock, you will get an email notification.

To add notifications, simply click on the “Get Notified” button on the out of stock product or product page we will inform you once the product is restocked and available for purchase.

You can place your order in a few simple steps

Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase, and they will be added to your shopping cart.

When ready to make the purchase, hover over the cart icon and click checkout.

You will be directed to the checkout page, where you will have to provide your contact and address details. If you have a Nuluv account and have saved your address, it will be pre-filled.

Select the mode of payment.

Click the “Place Order Now” button.

If you have opted to prepay using our payment partner PayUBiz, you will be taken to of their site, where you can choose the desired payment method, provide payment details and complete the order. Once the payment is processed, and the order is placed, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. You will also receive an email confirming your order.

If you have opted for Cash on Delivery (COD) option and will be paying for the products on delivery, you will be directly taken to the confirmation page with an order number. This page will also have product information and the amount due at delivery. You will also receive an email confirming your order.

Yes, Definitely! On the checkout page, you can provide the shipping address and uncheck “My billing and shipping address are the same”. You will be prompted to provide your billing address. Both your addresses will be saved for future orders.

You can manage your shipping and billing address in My account section as well.

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order Number, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address.

In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) from our warehouse with the respective tracking details.

Yes, you can leave items in your shopping cart and they will be available for you to purchase, next time you visit the website. However, the price and availability may change.

No, you can place the order as a guest by just providing your email id. However, we highly recommend that you do create a Nuluv account as you will have access to order history, plus you will be entitled for reward points for every purchase you make with us.

Yes! Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order under orders section in our accounts or on the shipper’s website using the unique tracking number.

Our goal is to ship your package within 24 business hours of receiving your order. Transit time will depend on the destination address.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and expected delivery date. If you do not get it, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we’ll resend it to you.

Every product is shrink wrapped, and enclosed in a bubble wrap to ensure nothing breaks during shipping, however we agree that exception happens. If in case you receive torn/damaged/short (incomplete) delivery then please retain all packaging, invoices and damaged items and contact us immediately so that we can resolve this for you.

Yes, you can certainly contact us and ask for any changes you need and we will try helping you, however we cannot make any changes if the order has been shipped from the warehouse. If the item has been shipped, in that case we are more than happy to accept the item back and you can return the item once you receive the delivery. No, for a limited period, Nuluv is offering free shipping on all orders!! So you don’t need to pay any shipping, handling or COD charges.

However, usually standard shipping and handling charges are applied for most addresses. The charges are based on the shipping address and combined weight of the products. The actual charge will be available at the checkout page before making the payment.

We have 30 days ‘No Question Asked Return Policy’ where you can return the ordered products(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, please ensure the product(s) should be in original/unused condition as received at the time of delivery along with the invoices. For more details, please review the refund & return policy.

Nuluv offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 30 days of its delivery.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (returns@nuluv.in) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your name, reason for return and the order number details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

i. Product is used or not in original condition.

ii. Product is returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.

iii. If return request is initiated after 30 days of order delivery

We understand that there are times when you may not be happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, at this time we would not be able to accept returns for opened or used products. Nevertheless, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

The Nuluv Rewards Program is a point-based rewards program that aims to incentivise customers for loyalty and engagement. Besides making purchases on the site, customers will have many other ways to earn points. These points can then be redeemed for cash discounts.

No, Nuluv Reward Points do not expire and there are no blackout dates, so you can use them any date of the year and combine them with any offer.

500 Rewards points are equivalent to INR 250. As you accumulate more points, you can redeem a bigger cash discount. So,

500 Points = INR 250

1000 Points = INR 500

1500 Points = INR 750

2000 Points = INR 1000

Note: Points are redeemable in multiple of 500. So if you have 650 points, you can redeem only 500 points in the next purchase and the remaining 150 points will be available in your account for the subsequent purchases.

No, the reward points are specific to an account and therefore nontransferable.

No, you cannot redeem Reward Points for cash. They can only be used as purchase discounts.
